Yoga is my one, true exercise match.
No matter how crappy I feel,
how little I bring to my practice,
how half-hearted I attempt a pose~
I am changed.
I am amazed,
I am awed.
I am grateful.
I’m amazed at that my middle-aged body can still twist and be challenged.
I am awed with my body’s gracefulness. That’s a word I never used to describe myself.
I am grateful, that no matter how little I put into a practice,
I gain clarity, peacefulness, and a body that hums with energy.
