Dancing in the Moonlight

I dreamed I was dancing in your arms,

moving slowly to music only you and I could hear.

We danced outside,

in a valley filled with light

from the big, orange harvest moon.

We danced cheek to cheek,

the spicy clean smell of sandalwood

wafting from your smooth skin.

We danced without words,

our bodies speaking

a language all our own.

We danced outside

by the light of the moon.
