Life Lessons from my cat:

~sleep is essential to life

~there’s a mindfulness that comes from staring at one tiny bug making its way across the grass. It reminds us to slow down and contemplate life’s little miracles.

~ stretching and yawning bring oxygen and energy back to the brain and body.

~ when you’re stressed, holding something you love close to you is calming.

~ good grooming is important

~ sometimes you just need to retreat and calm down

~ a little catnip craziness can release a lot of stress

~a curious nature is good for the mind

~ cats invented yoga
